At the risk of going PARF, this is what I call true "gun control". Criminals act up, a gun legally and rightfully controls the situation.

this was a JUSTIFIABLE SHOOT as well as the week before when some "clown" decided it was real smart to accost a man with i think a pipe, beat him over the head, and then steal beer from the guy.

the guy liked drinking his beer and said "this really really sucks" and grabbed his iron and proceeded to ask for his beer back. the darwin award runner up, felt that this was really really "special" beer and decided in his infinite wiz-dum to beat the good guy over the head again.

this just didnt sit well with the good guy..............and you guessed it............ANOTHER DARWIN MAGNA CUM LAUDE AWARD WINNER! KA FREEKING BLAMMO-ADIOS!

ruled JUSTIFIABLE and GOOD GUY HAD his AZCCW license.
