Well, this is interesting. (PIR is currently a City Park, CP offers an alternative. We haven't had big time racing since ALMS a few years back, and it was a financial bust)
Not that I could afford to buy in, but the idea of "High-end private Garages" at a racing facility has been intriguing to me ever since my dad bought land at an Airpark; a facility with a landing strip and hangers. The city needs to sell PIR before anything good will happen...

Mike - I think he's stealing our idea on the garage thing.
My only question is what would this do to club racing at PIR. I have to assume fees would go up, if they're making all of these improvments.
