Help AV Guys
I want to play a slideshow on this tv from my mac book.
Any ideas? Thanks in advancehttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1290549499.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1290549517.jpg |
i am not a Mac guy but I believe you need an Apple adapter + a VGA male to female cable. It will plug into the DB-15 connector (the blue 15 pin one).
Ian Edit: Correction: That would be male to male cable. |
Either that or one to HDMI should work, HDMI seems to figure out the resolution and center better than VGA usually.

Just burn a disc off your mac and play it with you DVD player.

I believe my buddy uses a mac adapter video out laptop > HDMI

I use the microDVI-hdmi adaptor to watch shows online, on my tv pretty frequently. The cable was something like $40 and all I had to do was select hdmi as the source on my tv...
Edit- pretty sure that era macbook is the mini DVI port, so any miniDVI - (Whatever method you choose) cable will work, the mac should automatically pick it up and do it's job. |
