i dont think i've ever had Gumbo. not a proper one at least. that looks fantastic.

If you’ve never had a proper gumbo, you need to rectify that, post haste. It’s a wonderful thing, if it’s done right.

Miso Marinated Salmon Rockefeller prior to baking in toaster oven. Inspired by a meal I had in HHI a few weeks ago. Rockefeller topping consisted of spinach, shallots, garlic, green onion, tarragon, celery, fennel, tequila and grated parmesan.
