http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1343021716.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1343021728.jpg Joanna and I skipped lunch today and late in the afternoon we saw a cooking show on BACON. So here's a grilled cheese/bacon sandwich. Sharp cheddar, Sourdough, and bacon cooked with a Serrano chili. The Scotch helpped cut the grease. I have a pro style hood with removeable grease traps. It sucks out 1,200 cfm of air and I still felt greasy after cooking! |
