Storeowner 3 Thugs 0

Here is a hearwarming story about the early demise of three thugs, enjoy. Wish they had more detail about how it went down. (ie where did he grab the guns from)

Good.

cool

looneybin 12-16-2010 02:32 PM

that's great, send him a box of bullets for me.
a FEMALE video game store owner shot & killed a robber here earlier this week. They found him (the robber) dumped on the side of the road a block away, presumably left there by his accomplice.

Perfect.

In Eugene, Oregon, he'd have been arrested for violating the "rights" of the criminals... :(

repp 12-16-2010 11:44 PM

that is not even close to the truth paul.
Eugene Oregon would never have this happen as all the hippies are all on there couch's smoking weed.

We had a similar story on the east side of Charlotte in Oct. 3 armed thugs took over a pizza shop and beat the driver for the safe combo. The retired deputy sheriff didn't have the combo. He did have a 9mm under his shirt. Shot 2 dead in the store and winged one trying to escape.

A few more details

The owner was "handcuffed" with tiewraps. He freed his hands and then pulled out a pistol from his waistband. Once the gun battle started, he pulled out a hidden shotgun.

The store was setup where you have to be buzzed in and out. The robbers could not escape.

The owner was protecting his wife. He was shot 4 times and survived.

I'm shocked this story made it into the news media at all.

Bravo to this guy! Anyone have a PayPal address for him to help pay his medical bills - or even just to help clean up his shop or whatever? I'm in for 50 bucks. He deserves it.

Good shooting!

Let's hope there's not a civil suit coming his way.

Oh you know there is. Those poor boys were just "Misunderstood."

Rick Lee 12-17-2010 07:20 AM

Even in AZ, where you're legally immune from a civil suit arising from a justifiable shoot, they still happen. TX is probably better in that area though.

speeder 12-17-2010 08:17 AM

Nice story! It's rare that they put good news in the paper.

t-tom 12-17-2010 08:39 AM

Has Berkeley considered a resolution to honor the suspected thugs as Hero's yet?

speeder 12-17-2010 09:13 AM

What is a "Hero's yet"??

It's starting to sound like the wild west in Houston, but here's another story for the good guys from yesterday:
