Ha-ha!

I can't believe it's been so long. The "Black Audi Wagon" has now evolved into an inside joke among us R Gruppe old timers. We have newer members who have no idea what we are even talking about, or why we giggle like little girls whenever one of us mutters "black Audi wagon". Completely lost on the new generation of members.

Video no longer works - dang.

How about a reverse version! Yea, those are not Audi sedans, but it is a cool photo.

You need to grab some of those Hot Wheels.

Found that a couple years ago and saved it until now. figured I'd find the appropriate time/place to share it at some point.

Back when this was still a fresh topic, I looked high and low to find a die cast BAW. I wanted one in 1/24, or at least 1/32 that I could mount to some kind of a base, but never could find one. Like I mentioned back on page one, I wanted to make an R Gruppe "achievement award", as a sort of tounge-in-cheek, self deprecating "middle finger" to everyone who thought we were all butt hurt.

But, alas, like I also mentioned, "Mr. Black Audi Wagon", our beloved "Drago", passed before I was able to put one together. Didn't seem appropriate after that.

I miss Drago, he was a good one.

juanbenae 12-22-2022 06:44 PM

I miss Vash enough to call him earlier this week. He's doing great.
