Salsa made of 4 Tomatoes, 2 Serrano chiles, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 bunch of Cilantro, and some fresh ground cumin

Oakwood smoked corn with Parmesan cheeses, cota cheese, Pico de Gallo, & Mayonnaise

The Pie esq thing is Pillo dough, Apple pie filling, Pecans, Honey and raisins cooked in Scotch & Butter. ) I don't care for Pie crust, this is my version of pie
