Video users -- win a trip to see Top Gear

...in the UK.

We're running a promotion for BBC America and the top prize is a trip to London for a Top Gear taping.

Details are in our show: Fast Lane Daily - Car News. Fast Cars. Fast and Fresh. Every day.

But basically, you do a video of yourself talking about your first car... pretty sure anyone here can beat today's video submission.

I think in this contest, it isn't so much what the car was/is, but what kind of story you can tell about it. We had a guy on the show yesterday who talked about getting 18 people into his VW van... the fact he was driving while he told the story and had his kid hold the camera made it very watchable.

Just scream power, use insane analogies, and say enough "torque's" to rip your face off.

Oh yea, don't forget to say that 200 bhp is about....this much...while you make some crazy hand motion.

Guaranteed winner.

Lets see a pink over white '59 Ford Fairlane with 4 doors and a two speed automatic transmission. Thats gonna be real hard to sell. Maybe I could tell how I would park three blocks from school so no one knew it was mine.

Sounds like it'd make a good video. Be sure to record it with a great looking Porsche in the background, tho.

My first car was identical to this except mine didn't have the windshield shade
