Trip planned to Hawaii
So I have a work trip planned for the beginning of April to Honolulu. If you were in my shoes would you be going? Keep an eye on the nuclear situation and then decide?
Thoughts from the brain trust, I'm not having more kids, but don't feel like dyin' young b/c of radiation related cancer...

A simple cap made from aluminum foil should protect you from dangerous alpha and beta particle radiation.
Be sure to wrap your hootus in foil also.

What was that about the "ring of fire" setting its sights on the Pac NWest I read this morning...just wear a cup and some football pads I'm sure you'll be fine...

Man, you are a wuss... Up until this morning, I was still planning to tour Japan in April. Barring any meaningful radioactive contamination of Tokyo, I will probably still go (The plan is to tour by rail from Tokyo to the southern parts).
My wife is having second thoughts, but she is encouraging me to go alone... is that bad?

Room Monkey # 1 is cancelling a planned trip to Japan in 4 weeks tonight. As he said "Ignoring the potential radiation threat, I want to party & the Japanese probably won't be in a party mood. I will just be in the way."
