I hate people.
 

People that do nothing in the community and then complain about nothing getting done in the community. People that never lend a hand and then beg you to help them.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the case for the majority. We normal ones try to ignore them, and enjoy our lives. ;)

I live in an HOA and am the Prez, lots of people complain, but few offer to help. They seem to think that because I do it for free, they are entitled to an inordinate amount of my time.

95% of the people I meet are complete idiots IMO...

I don't understand how they can even pay their bills and rent/mortgage on time.

No budgeting... No sense of tomorrow or what they can do to make their lives better.
Just perpetual victims of credit card companies and fashion.
They keep doing the same thing over and over again and then wonder why they are broke and nothing good happens.

They never take risks thinking they'll be safe the way they are and so often fall into a heap when something unexpected happens.

People suck more than anybody.

Complain about Momma's cooking until you move out...then all of a sudden that meatloaf sounds pretty good!

If you take a look at the chronic whinners, chances are they never had a miniute of hardship to deal with.

The 'Greatest Generation' was so because of the great depression. The sad thing was, they wanted their kids to have a better life than they had which only fatten'd the dog...made it lazy. Darn thing can't hunt. Can't protect. Just wants to lay around all day and eat, shyt and fart.

I look at what happened in Japan and it saddens me that all those peoples lives were turned upside down and all those loved ones lost but I also glow in the knowledge that they will come from this a stronger, more focused lot. They deserve it. They earned it.

My policy is if you don't have a reasonable solution, I will simply ignore you. :D

When I use to train new real estate agents (old ones were the worst). I told them if they complain and do not have a solution, I will fire them. Did not have many complaints.

Thing is, just when I get to the point where I think the entire species is absolutely beyond salvage, I come across someone makes me change my mind.

Someone smashed in the door and sideview mirror on my Mercedes the other day while it was parked in the garage. Hit and run, no note. And when I say smashed I mean SMASHED. As in almost $3,000 damage. I'll post a pic later (don't know how to upload it from my iPhone camera roll)... WTF is wrong with people?

That is why I prefer to spend my time with my pets. You treat an animal with kindness and respect that is exactly what you get in return, people not so much
