The owner of this cat has hundreds of videos it seems on Youtube doing... well.. cat stuff. But it is ridiculously entertaining. This cat has the perfect life. |
"Maru and the Giant Box."

Going out on a limb, here, but I'm betting it's not cat food that's arriving in that "Diet" packaging.
|
that is one curious and playfull critter! :)
|
Looks like he finally got the trajectory just right to spring into the box. :)

Dis kitteh iz da awesumest

I'm a big fan of Maru. He's earning some pretty serious money for his owners, too. He was featured in a commercial recently.
|
File this under "things I wish I had thought of"
Of course I don't have hours of time to film my cat and post the videos on youtube. |
|
Maru looks to be an indoors, city slicker kitteh.
My Boris would eff him up real good with superior ninja skills and killing experience. |
What stands out about Maru is how, when you watch the videos... you can sorta see what he is thinking... before he acts. Like how he looks at the big box, then the camera, then back at the box, like "Alright... I'm gonna do this..."
Cartoon-like. My old cat never did anything that interesting. It just layed on the couch all day. |
That's just cause Maru is a slow thinker.
Mine do sleep a lot, but there are 2 in the house, 4 years age apart.. so it's a constant changing balance of power, they both want to be dominant... very entertaining for the most part.. Except when they have there battle at say 5 o clock in the mornin, when i'm sleeping. The other entertaining bit, is when Boris brings in dead critters, to eat... Or live ones to play. I can't begin to count the mice i've rescued, or dead ones i've had to chuck out the window at night, to prevent Boris from makin' crunchy sounds. Imagine waking up at night with a live young wabbit in the house and 2 dumbasses skulking around the couh because the bunny got it and said dumbasses can't get to it. |
