If you want a pic like that, you have to be there at a certain time of the year.

You will want to check out a lot of stuff, Grand Canyon, Moab, Yosemite, Glacier Park, Lake Tahoe. If you work it right, you can mooch off a lot of the mugs around this place for drinks, food, and cool cars to drive around.

My sister lives in Denver and I'm going to see her later this year. (for 2 weeks)
I'm planning on doing some hiking in the Rockies.

Arches national park has lots O'that stuff too.
Lots of must-see places in Southern Utah, like Bryce canyon and Zion national park.
Much better than the grand canyon IMO.

I can top that Red, place near Dallas you can go check out actual dino footprints

Oh yeah, Utah also has some of the best dinosaur museums and stuff.
