Damn, the mommies down at the local chapter don't look like that!

widgeon13 10-05-2011 02:35 PM

Great production, hope they have a lot of success.

Looks like they had fun doing it as well.

Brilliant! Hope other humane groups steal the idea.

Yes, we give to a local no kill shelter...our two bums adopted from there.

The SPCA video is great!! Of course, I'm an ABBA fan.

Go ahead, listen to it and try not to sing! I dare ya. I "double-dog" dare ya. ;)

That dog's face at the end...priceless.

Great video. If I had more time, I would volunteer at the Houston SPCA. The women there are beautiful as well.

Is that an Oregon-wide policy or just local. I lived in Gresham for two wet years and I heard that the entire state was no kill. True?

Laneco 10-05-2011 06:35 PM

We have kill and no-kill shelters in Medford, Oregon.

Yes, that is what I thought. For an amateur video very well done. No cuts, one long take well thought out. They pulled off a five minute continuous video very well. I'm guessing they had professional help, that did not look amateurish at all.

That was great. Awesome job on that.!:)

I am partial to the music of course.

If kittens could talk, the expression on some of them looks like "What the f..ck is going on!??" :D

Not true...there are no kill shelters that are privately funded. The government shelters are still kill shelters...at least in Linn County. That's why we adopted a pair of littermates after our "Gray" died. That way we opened up space for two more at the no kill shelter.
