Portlandia

I realize that some of you are aware of this TV show, and think it is fiction.

Since many Pelircans live in or near PDX, maybe we can convince you that it is really a documentary...

Naked woman found bound in back of Subaru; car's owner calls it Valentine's Day role-playing, Portland police report | OregonLive.com

I was wondering if the Legacy's trunk was big enough to hold a woman's body. Thanks!

Exactly, I was trying to point out that most really weird stuff happens down here but I suppose some weird stuff could happen elsewhere.

She was lucky that she wasn't rear ended.

The article didn't mention anyone else in the trunk.

It's a guilty pleasure , I record the series.

I've got a bud on the Portland Police force and he has endless great stories.

Great foodie town also.

Tried watching a movie on IFC the other night, every commercial break was about Portlandia. Ugh, watching TV these days is a nightmare.

You HAVE to record the shows you want to watch; even sports, otherwise you'll go crazy from all the commercials.

Local News | When it comes to strip clubs, Portland has nothing to hide | Seattle Times Newspaper

Portland boasts more than 50 strip clubs — believed to be the most per capita of any U.S. city even over Vegas.

I LOVE the show... recorded it when I was getting IFC.

Wife lives in Portland and hates it... says "it makes us look like a bunch of weirdos"

Yesterday we got rid of the "Dish".
I got the "rabbit ears" with an amplifier. Hooked it up and get great reception for the local stations. We still have the DVR/Blueray and can rent movies.
Enough is enough with the commercials and stuff like Portlandia.
I will miss the military channel and other channels but we took a vote and decided on not having commercials blown in our faces every 5 minutes.
Oh... we had fun with the Wii thing last week at a friends house and now my wifey is on the threshold of getting one.
I got on the "balance board" at not only did it say I was obese but said...
"one at a time please". Got to lose some weight!

Cacao to commercials.
