Browning Citori Value?

I've got a Browning Citori White Lightning. 20 ga. with 26" barrels. Very lightly used in excellent condition. Bought new about 10 years ago. Anybody know what a fair private party sale price would be on this? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I know It's probably the best hunting gun I've ever used. It fits me perfect and is so light you can carry it all day long. But I haven't had time to hunt in several years and I'd rather use the money to buy a nice self-defense shotgun.

I have a 12 gauge Citori, I bought for $800 new about 20 years ago, very happy with it. Screw in choke tubes.

I've spent some time with the single barreled browning trap gun. Very crisp gun with a tight pattern. When you connect with the target, it just smokes em.

I love Brownings.

True story: the first 10 times I pulled the trigger on this gun, I killed a grouse each time! Missed on the 11th trigger pull, but got him with the other barrel

Wasn't someone on the board looking for an O/U recently? I don't know if you've already lined up a buyer.

Man, with the right chokes, that would be a nice little skeet gun. I shoot a Citori 525 Sporting with 32-inch barrels. Just a really nice piece of gear. You point it at a clay pigeon and pull the trigger, the clay turns into fragments and dust.

WHY?????

Wife will let her Colts go before ANYONE touches her Brownings!! and she is extremely fond of her Colts!!!!!!

Get a cheap private party sale shotgun if that is what you wish for personal defense. You can also get a .357 and shoot .38 pellets all day long. Do they still make .44 Spec pellets?

Where in the midwest are you? Check out Indiana Gun Owners if you are in this area. You can do what you state for less than three bills. Those Citoris are hard to come by!

I see 12 GA Citoris go for 1000 to 1200 all the time, so a 20 GA 1200 to 1400 ought to be about right.

Wha tI would like is a Citori 410 GA Grade 5 or 6...

There are a lot of different Citoris out there and I'm no expert on these, so the input is appreciated. I had a figure of $1200-$1400 in mind originally and it sounds about right, maybe a little low.

I'm looking at a Benelli M1 Super 90 Tactical as home defense gun. Not cheap. Or maybe I can convert my M1 Super 90 duck gun, but probably cheaper to buy new.
