Farewell old friend
I sent my trusty steed down the road last night, after 17 years of (mostly) faithful service. First time in over 20 years that I don't have a motorcycle. Thanks for the memories...

I'm in the same boat with my Formula Ford, when it sells it will be 22 years without a open wheel car in the garage, its going to be tough but its time. I have what I call the wire of shame, its a wire were I hang some - not all, of my bent suspension pieces, ripped apart rod ends, the burnt seat belts etc.., that will stay so I can remember the good times, the older we get, the faster we were. Finn

My only bike at this point is a Royal Enfield. I get my speed ya ya in a car. I do miss my 748. Too bad I can't scrunch myself into that position for more than 10 minutes at a time.

17 yrs. is honorable for sure......U really need to get another m/c.......I've never had a Duck, have to do that some day......I haven't been w/o (many) motorcycles in the last 46 years......Have 14 right now......
