I think the "no food" is worse than the double digit trips to the head. At least there is light at the end of the tunnel. So to speak.

yeah, on a scale of 1 to that pretty much sucks, bowel prep is on the pretty much sucks end.

Drink Gatorade, you won't feel so hungry. I just had my 3rd c-oscopy done a month ago. Hope all is well.

About 2am I was sitting around feeling sorry for myself. Then I remembered what my dad went through towards the end with his bladder cancer. I suddenly didn't feel so bad.

On to the cameras. I'm ready for my closeup...

The prep is awful, for sure, but going through the procedure sure beats not paying attention to the point where you wind up wearing a bag. I'm due for a third one. Will hate it, but will do it.

what is your first meal, out of the gate? i'm feeling chicken tacos!!

Ask them if you can get a copy of the video. I know when I get this done, I'm going to request to have my own copy of "Journey to the center of Z-man."

And I will have a use for it -- during family get-togethers, the family tends to over-stay by 2-3 HOURS. So I can pop my video into the DVD player, and let it rip. At first, they may think it is one of my silly B-flick sci-fi movies. But once they realize what it really is, I think they'll be moving to the door faster than Nostatic was moving to the bathroom last night!

I get one every three years. The worst part is over...a little bit of nap time is all that is left.

I had my last one last August and I'm good for 5 years. It really wasn't bad, a liver biopsy is much worse, let me tell you!

Don't try lentil soup!!

The thing I found interesting was that I dropped about 5 pounds in the cleanout process. Just imagine!!!
