In their never ending quest to make shipping parts faster and cheaper the staff at Pelican Parts have engaged local volunteers to test a new method. Cheaper and faster than Fed Ex or UPS and works for practically nothing , just a fish now and then. system worked for years for baby delivery. that's what my mom says at least.
