Sell in May and stay away or hedge with a fund like HDGE, the Active Bear Fund?

It's not going to get bettter, atleast for the summer and the end of year doesn't look good eaither. Tax rates will increase and stocks will be sold off in order to avoid the increase in capital gains.

The technicaps look scary going forward.

And how do you know this?

Technical charts, fundamentals, Greece, and etc. I don't have a crystal ball, nothing is certain. But, all the indicators are indicating that the summer isn't looking good.
