Site's been around for a while..I have run into a couple bills with the stamp on it to go fill this out. My wife's class did this as a project and they are listed on the top 10 bills (not hard to do, the#1 entry only has 15 hits) it was passed around the class and then family members. I took it to chicago and gave it to a co-worker. it had 2 hits after that and none since. Who knows if it will pop up again.

I don't believe you. There is no such bill on the Site's Top 10 bill reports. If you did, it was short lived for a day or so before it was removed.
