Isaac watch:Florida Pelicans report in

I'm in the greater Tampa area and it been cloudly all day with no wind and just started drizzling rain. All coastal county's schools are closed tomorrow.

How is everyone else?

Plenty of rain, hardly any wind here. Shuttered up just in case.

Good luck and stay dry! Think Mississippi / Louisiana might take the hard hit here in a few days...

No issues up here in N Florida... had a great few hours at the shooting range, a bit windy but really nice day otherwise.

Sid, if the GFDL or GFL models are correct, it is hitting Beaumont, TX.

Cocoa Beach area, 70 degrees, 98% humidity, pressure 29.80 light rain and windy. Glad
Isaac was moving away from the west coast. We just returned from a week in Pensacola and Ft Walton, hope they don't take a direct hit. We're more worried about tornadoes at this point.

Yep. Just went out to put gas in the wifes car and get some groceries. I'm sure the trucks are on the way to replenish everything, but there is nothing here right now. I had to go to 4 different stations and sit in line for fuel. I guess it's been a while since we had a hurricane, but man, people are freaking out.

If this thing starts to move west, I will need to get some fuel...

I am thinking that it is going to hit between Houston and Beaumont if it keeps tracking more west every update...
