Cool, where does the cable under the street go?

JK, that is awesome, needs a Rice-a-Roni ad instead of Smirnoff though

Thanks guys LOL. It's my new hobby :)

Any and all model train pics welcome here! Bring 'em on.

Cool.
It reminds me of Mr Trolley... are you related to Mr Rogers?

Looks good. All it needs to be authentic is a few dozen tourists, and a bum crapping on the sidewalk in the background. ;)

Looks great.

I've got 2 boxes of HO, and a Box with some nice original Lionel pieces. Always wished I had the time and space to put something together.

Hehe.

He is the lazy arse driver stopping the locomotive at the railway hotel while he goes in for a beer.

This stuff is HO and OO. Umm, it does rather take up space  I'm meant to be renovating this house not setting up model trains.

Hey Bill,

How about building models of some of the classic trains operating there in N Z
Is the one going from Kaitaia to Opua still going? I think there are quite a few oldtimers still running around N Z . Perhaps worthy subjects for some model reproductions.

Cheers Richard

I Richard, I dunno. Since we ran out of money and Australia won't give us any more, we are running less trains in these out of the way places. When I was a kid I had a Tri-ang train set which was a model of a diesel loco and passenger carriagges that we had rattling around at the time. I might try and locate one of these.
