OK, leaving aside the PARF-y aspect of Jane Fonda ... My only memory of seeing this as a kid is the utter goofiness of the Orgasmatron scene. :D

Anyway, in a sudden surge of cinematic nostalgia I cued it up--and there, right in the first 5 minutes, are Jane's lovely nipples.

How does Netflix rate this as PG?!!

Orgasmatron? I thought that was Woody Allen's movie Sleeper?

Wow, this is worse than I remember. Stupendously bad.

Yeah, it was never intended to be anything but what it was--a Drive-in Movie movie (you ol' guys remember Drive-ins, right?) You and your date watched the movie for the first ten minutes or so then, you start the real entertainment inside the car. Windows fog up and you never actually see the movie, nor do you care. You watched just enough to provide a rough plot outline to the girl's parents so they don't become suspicious. That's how so many stupendously bad movies actually made money and for a young guy with no apartment, it's really not that bad of a flick.:D

Funny reading. Jane Fonda and all that. The outdoor 'sinema'.... I'm guessing it was in the early 1970's we still had full x-rated movies at some outdoor's! Honestly. One outdoor was at an intersection, obviuosly with the backside angled to the corner but driving past further down the road, here you would catch a glimpse of a hairy muff, natural breast of all type, etc. I think the Chicago mob owned them back then. Now when I think back, there was neighborhood fairly near viewing site of that giant screen.

Remember Bob Seger's, "Watch Her Strut?" That was written about JF and her appearances before local gov''t. officials.

Just remember, JF was "Miss Marine Corps Recruiting" in 1962. :-P

JF is a traitor. Any proceeds from her pathetic acting career should be donated to a Veterans fund.

She should be hanged by the neck until dead and I would personally, with no remorse, hold the rope. However, I would be pretty far down on the list of people standing in line for that privilege.

barbarella was fun. but just not as good as your average tawney kitaen film.
