I saw that Charger in Daly City while on a San Francisco layover earlier this year. Damn near wrecked my rental when I saw it coming up in the left mirror. Grabbed a shot with my iPhone. He made the left and headed toward the Olympic Club in the background. |

I'm sure they just dug up superficial stuff. I remember reading that they had to hot rod the Mustang a good bit as the Charger was walking away from it. Did the Charger have a 383 or a 440?

The Charger was a 440 automatic and it was running away from the Mustang and hiding. The Mustang was a 390 4-speed.
