Consistent with this link - and I am not trying to rile up the folks who believe that the recent changes in global temperature are caused by humans, it is just that the graph as shown indicates that there are many natural cycles of warming/cooling.

I know that some discount this guy, but at least look at the data that he presents in the series which appears consistent with the graph in this thread.
