Terry here is a photo my two Corgi, now remember they are Cardigan Corgi they

Dana,

What beautiful dogs. I love Cardigans. We chose Pembrokes because I love to dress up like the Queen of England and prance around my pretend castle.

Funny that we both have a Molly.

Terry: Molly is my wife and my savior dog a little over 8 years ago Carol and I chose to put down
our 18 month old Border Collie as he had a bad case of fear aggression, after he bit me in the face for the third time. My wife and I thought that we would wait for a while before got another
dog ( we are real dog people ) plus I really like cats too. So we talked about what breeds we might like to have, earlier in life I had a Cardigan Corgi that my first wife gave away as she thought that we did not spend enough time with. Anyhow we decided that another Corgi might
be a good choice, Carol found a breeder and talked with her, she had one pup left from a litter and would bring her by so we could decide if a Corgi would be of interest to us long
story short Molly came by and never left she helped us heal, Molly helped us to understand that we did the right thing re. Max the border collie. So nearly a year later we got Molly a
brother and could not be happier. And so my friend find a good breeder and relate to that
breeder all the facts and proceed from there, a good breeder would not let you put a pup
at risk. Get in touch with the Corgi rescue and inquire about a good breeder near you that
is how my wife found the two breeders near us.

Don't wanna horn in on your conversation, but we have a Corgi too, a Cardigan. This is our second one as the first died at 8 from liver lymphoma. She, Josie, is sweet as can be and very lovable but they all seem to be stubborn. They won't come when called if they can find or have something better to do...unless it's mealtime. That makes me nuts at times...

OK...back to your regular programming..

Drdogface: it just their nature, as my wife tells me just yell louder.

Actually the 'shaker can' works best and not as offensive to the neighbors.

Dana Norris 12-22-2012 03:24 PM

The only way my neighbors would hear me is if I dropped the hammer on a 44mag.

Hey--some of my best friends are Jewish. Like my wife and kids.

You're a mensch. Shalom and L'Shanah Tovah

I put it slow and right over the plate to add a little merriment to this otherwise wretched week. It was there for batting practice.
