I'm exhausted, but I just finished giving myself an evening with my friend's family. My friend has a married son (32 yo) and a daughter (30) who has 6 year old twin boys, one of whom is very ill with cancer, and a 7 year old boy. For the evening she and her family filled my home with all the noise, life, and love that young families hold.
I am blessed.

Nothin'. I got a bunch of stuff for others. I honestly get more enjoyment out of giving than getting at this point. Getting just means more crap I have to worry about and maintain. What I really want is LESS stuff!

A comal, an antique stag handled meat carving set, the complete DVD set of Wild Wild West (Robert Conrad/ Ross Martin) and a small indoor remote control helicopter (because everyone needs something to play with on Christmas).
I'm really tough to buy for, but I'm cheap and easy at the same time. Actually, these were items I picked and suggested and other people got them for me.

I looked at the wiper arm quickly and thought it was an AW, (sorry) that was my first thought. Terrible. |
