People who whistle nonsense. If they could actually do a recognizable tune it might be more bearable.

People who walk up to our reception area and look at you while talking on their cell phone.
I guess they expect the receptionist to wait for them to finish.

SLOW drivers who roll through stop signs as well.

They think they are driving safe by driving SLOW.

All they are is CRAPPY drivers who should be pulled over and thrashed!

Passing through the market checkout and being asked if I'd like to donate my change to xyz charity.
When it catches me the wrong way, I say, "No thank you, and thanks for giving me the opportunity to feel like a jerk".

BTW - my newest pet peeve is people who call waiters "boss"

Or bosses that call their employees 'waiter'.

How about people who just mill about - no apparent goal...just taking up space and getting in the way.:mad::mad:

Oh, let me see....
-I hate people who tailgate. (do they honestly think I'm going to speed up)
-Anyone on the road that runs their bright lights with a set or two of driving lights.
-Those that leave their shopping kart in the middle of the isle.
-Lazy people who don't work but still accept Gov subsidies.
-Obese people who need an electric scooter in the grocery store.
-Parents that won't say anything to their LOUD kids.
-Needlessly barking dogs.
-Thumping stereos that I can hear over my 72" diesel mower.
-W I N T E R
-Car trouble
-Holiday traffic
-Wimpy people who can't handle any amount of discomfort without medicating.
-Politicians who want to change the world, that join the old boys club.
-I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

Lately I've noticed a trend on the road: when a car makes a right hand turn into a street or driveway, they slow WAY down - almost to a standstill as they make their turn. As if they are afraid that if they drive faster than 2mph through the corner, their car will instantly flip and cause death, famine and destruction...

Meanwhile, the car behind said car just wants to go straight at the normal speed limit (35-40mph).

Argh -- if you are that afraid to make a right hand turn, then just make three left hand turns around the block and allow the rest of us to be on our way!

This must be a "thing" now. I had 2 vehicles yesterday do this. I may have called the driver of one of them an old goat. To myself, of course.

Its amazing the amount of stupidity on the road these days.

I only do this if the person behind me is riding my bumper.
That driver is already too focused on one thing, so I don't want to make any sudden movements that would cause him/her to hit my car.

Otherwise, I turn off the stability control and drift it in at 35.

In the same vein, people who make a right turn and do a WIDE swing as if they are motoring a big rig.

Nosey grocery store clerks who insist on asking me questions about some of my purchases as they scan:

"What do you put this on?"
"Does this taste good?"
"I've never tried this before"
"How do you make it?"

UGH!!! Just scan it and put it in a friggin' bag, would ya'? STFU!

People who ride once a year and forget how to ride (not surprisingly).

In Western Nova Scotia each year we have the Wharf Rat Rally. Thousands of bikers from Eastern NA arrive in the province. I swear some of these folks haven't thrown a leg across since last year.

I suppose I should be glad they are being cautious and prudent, but when you've got a gaggle of these machines trundling down the roads and c-r-e-e-p-i-n-g around the corners, it makes one feel , shall we say, slightly less welcoming. Especially if you are trying to get somewhere.

Learn to drive the darned thing before you leave home!

I thought it was just me, but a week after the rally, I was talking to three riders who said they avoid the rally for just that reason.

Rant off.
Les
