I've been getting into vintage Seikos. I have a couple from my great uncle. This one is from 1977. I also have one from 1968. I also bought a few King Seikos which were very reasonable.

Oops, didn't post the pics. I am quite surprised by my uncle's Seikos. I doubt thwy were ever serviced, but they are running fine and quite accurately! The King Seiko I bought knowing it needed a service.

Got the d.m.h. jump hour. Very interesting and unusual. I need glasses and a steady gaze to read the time on it though...

![]() Did someone say "vintage Seikos"? All of these are from the '60's and '70's. I doubt any of them have been serviced. They all still keep surprisingly accurate time 40 to 50 years later ![]() ![]() ![]()

FWIW, after being ‘On the list’ for nearly a year, I gave up on getting a Rolex Sub & bought a Breitling SuperOcean Heritage. Special edition, 1/1000. Love it, very stylish & clearly better built than the Tag Heuer Carrera Chronograph it replaced.
![]() YMMV. Cheers, Paul.

The vintage Seiko bug really got to me. These came in recently. Now I have a 45KS, 52KS and a 56KS. I really need to avoid the Vietnam era SOG watches.

IF you feel the need to scratch that SOG itch, PM me. My wife has been harassing me to unload a couple. I've own a few and never wear them, just play with them. I'd rather sell one to a fellow Pelican that put it on eBay. ![]() Most of the SOG collection. ![]()
