Happy Birthday! I perfer to stay in my 30's. This year I'll turn 30/21 :)

On that way of thinking this year I will be turning 67/16.Little wonder the divorce rate is so high. I feel sorry for the womens out there.Well some of them. :)

Second, start making a plan now for how you are going to stay in shape in your fifties. I'll be 58 in June and can tell you that your fifties is the decade where you really start to notice all of the things you can't do anymore. Time will go by fast so don't let it get away from you.

Third, make a plan for how you are going to enjoy your fifties.

Happy birthday! Don't even think about your age. It is just a number. I feel healthier and more fit than I did in my twenties. The one thing I do say is don't let time slip by. The title of your thread says it all. Make sure you do the things you want to do and make time for the little things. :) Enjoy the ride!
