I like the Skullcandys that I have because they fit inside my ear and don't slip out when running or moving. Others seem to allow an air gap and cause a whistling effect. I usually end up destroying them in a few months anyway. I can't see paying the price for something like beats that I will just eventually rip the cord out or drop somewhere.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/wat2.gif

I have the Bose ones with the black and white cord, no clue on the model. They work and are comfortable. I typically use them on the planes....

I have a pair of over the ear headphones and a second pair of Sennheisers. The cord is removable, and it's super pliable. The cord feels like string. I can't ever see paying money for earbuds.
