- The pursuit of knowledge - I have always been a sponge. History in particular & the older, the better.
- Travel. Even though I travel a lot for work, I still love vacation travel. I am waiting for our driver to take us to Essaouira, Morocco @ 10am this morning.
- Wine. Collecting & drinking.
- Food. Making & eating.
- Music. My work but still a passion. I don't create however.

I'm a surfer who shoots handguns, love my cat, love my dog, drives and loves the old 911, loves females, gets out on a stand up paddleboard a number of times a week, snorkels, travels quite a lot, drinks pinot noirs, eats malasian chicken currys, street fighter, picks wild flowers, loves restoring old houses - hard to say my top five.

I play a couple of gigs/month at a local restaurant.
I have managed to have a few interesting toys.
I built every building on the property.
I took a degree in History back in the 70s and incorporate history in my Heritage Interpretation at the Tidal Power Centre
and there is always a book (or two or three) next to my chair.

Interesting question, but you know....I read everyone's responses over and I guess I do not feel passionate about any particular thing. The test I was using is whether I would be despondent/down/depressed if it were taken away from me and I guess there is nothing that I could not (or do not already) do without. If something were unavailable to me, I would just move on to something else!

Now, to be fair, I am quite envious of you guys who have strong feelings about one thing or another, but I guess I do not really look at the world that way.

Anyone else take the same view or am I nuts?

Yeah me. I am with you, but I feel passionate about a bunch of things, but to rank them is difficult and have never though about them in any order. Family is always first, but my business consumes a lot of my time and I still enjoy running it a lot.
