Problem with PATRIOT thumb drive?

I bought a 32 Gb Patriot thumb drive to keep videos and PowerPoints for presentations. I can copy the PowerPoint to the thumbdrive but not the 5gb quicktime video. Whats gives? Am I missing something?

Try formatting it as NTFS

gassy 05-21-2013 02:12 PM

You might have to convert it to an .avi file.

With handbrake?

Fat32 doesn't support files over 4G. If it's bigger you have to reformat the drive.

NTFS-3G for Mac - CNET Download.com

This should allow you format the patriot drive as NTFS and have large file support
