Did a 3 day conference, from lights on and the first padding rolled out onto the floor, all the way through build-out, the conference itself, to just before the closing show where we showed it off.

That's incredible. What's with the white on the mouth when they are supposed to be talking? I've seen other stop motion that did that. What's it for?

I would guess they are editing frame by frame to produce a moving mouth effect, and either the white is an intended effect (teeth?), or an accidental byproduct (maybe they just cut and move a section of jaw).
