French Martini

3 parts vodka (vanilla or whipped cream)
2 parts pineapple juice
1 part Chambord

Shake vigorously over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Makes 1 or 2, your choice. ;)

50/50 Guinness and Champaign. Pour the champaign over the Guinness.

I haven't had one of those in a while. Very tasty. I used get those at an Irish bar in center city Philly.
