Football/baseball stadiums?

When I was a kid, you'd often see football being played on a field with a baseball diamond over a part of the field.

I know there are mostly new purposes built baseball stadiums next door to the football field these days. Are there any cities that still have a joint stadium like this?

When this was the norm, how did they handle the pitchers mound? Tear it out and rebuild it? What about the outfield wall? A baseball field is deeper than a football field is wide, isn't it? Did they fill in moveable seats ? Help me fill the memory hole.

When I was a kid we used to go to Wrigley field and watch the Chicago Bears play football. Some temp stands in right field, take down the mound, and Butkus, Sayers, Hallas could all have fun. Those were great times.

Football also wasn't quite as popular, so while they could move in temp seating, it wasn't always needed. Last team I saw with a dual use stadium was Oakland.. and maybe it still is? Candlestick park still looks more like a baseball stadium than football to me, even without the diamond.

Football field size: Football games are played on a rectangular field that measures 120 yards (109.7 meters) long and 53.3 yards (160 ft (49 m)) wide.

Garage
Oakland Coliseum is dual use.

Candlestick was built for the Giants, back in the day. 49ers used to play at Kezar, moved out to the stick in 1970 maybe, 1971. They put in grass when they got OJ Simpson. Next year nobody will be playing out there. I think the Raiders may have played a few seasons there in the early 1960s
