How bout them Seahawks?

It wasn't pretty but a game against 2 good defensive teams usually isn't.
"Winning ugly" is better than loosing.
The officiating WAS ugly.

How about them Seahawks fans!? They are as bad as Eagles fans in Philly!

Got it! Thanks!

The refs definately blew several calls in that game.

Lots of questionable O'fficiating this weekend, I was wondering if they brought back the replacement refs.

The hawks played a relatively clean game, I may have to take back earlier things I said.

The U. of Oregon Duck fans, with their screaming "O's", graduate to the Hawk's games and continue their rudeness.

The game and the officiating was as sloppy as the weather and the fans. The refs were so bad they couldn't figure out who they were screwing.

The announcers and coaches? Seriously, they need a course on rules and officiating mechanics.

The punt that the refs screwed up? That should have been a dead ball foul. Play cancelled......if they had reviewed the play they would have seen movement on the line, players not in a three point stance......kill the play, instant Mulligan.

The call is a no brainer and the linesman and field judge on each side of the line of scrimmage should have made the call.

A teenager reffing peewee ball coulda made that call.

Worst game I have ever seen Colin play in......and I saw him when he played at Reno.

I wonder if the noise bothered him.
Hawks played like a SB team.

10 years from now they are going to look back at those uniforms in a "what where we thinking" moment.

Don Ro 09-16-2013 10:02 AM

If you're referring to the U of O uniforms...I like them.
Is the Nike gunslinger a grad of Oregon?

I figured someone had to ;)

I wouldn't want to pay for them, however.
Who does pay for them, anyway? A gift from Nike?

RWebb 09-16-2013 11:01 AM

yes - Phil "Night"

He founded Nike and was on the famous UO track team with Pre. Bill Bowerman (legendary track coach) invented the 'waffle sole' track shoe, using his wife's waffle iron. I still have a pair - too valuable to run in I guess.

The speed is still there at UO, as the Tenn. team found out on Friday (tho I suppose we can still blame Lane Kiffle for destroying the once proud UTenn. team).

refs or no - that was an impressive smackdown by the Seahawks

Hey, who is that coach for the SeaHawks, he looks a lot like the guy that used to coach for USC, and everyone but USC hated him. pretty even teams.

Ya, that's the guy who realized all of the illegal things he did were about to catch up to him so he jumped ship.

Seahawks won't even play IN the Super Bowl let alone win it.

Wrong.
Reggie Bush is the low life who broke the rules, not the head coach.
It was an NCAA violation, pretty much of a stretch to call that "illegal".

Pete Carroll is an outstanding individual of class, an honest man with high character.
Attacking him with slander, defammation, and/or libel is a pretty strong move. You have proof?

Again, who the heck is this "kiffle" guy? That's the second time I've read his name and still dont know who he is.

RWebb 09-16-2013 03:05 PM

I guess Kiffle = Kiffen (who is piffle) didn't work, so...
