Oh no, he’s done it again - made another video featuring his reckless driving
Encouraged by the kind and positive response I got from my first Porsche video, I started contemplating something with more of a story line, showing what I think many of us experience from loving these cars.
I don’t think I’m the only one daydreaming while at work, thinking about my car, about driving, and wishing I rather was behind the wheel of my pride and joy than stuck at the desk. There’s a Pelican reference in there too! I hope you’ll like it and that you won’t say “I want my three minutes back!” (Disclaimer: I actually love my work, and the boss is great) Priorities - YouTube |
Cool video!
Keep them coming. |
Nicely done.

Awesome. I'm in an office with 30 other guys and I'm the only piston head in the group. However, you understand. Thank you.

Thanks guys! Glad you like it!

Nice, keep up the good work:)

Great video !!
|
Awesome video. What camera do you use?
|
Excellent!
Is it just my imagination or does it seem like you are being passed by every car on the Ring? ;) |
Thanks! I have two GoPro cameras. An old Hero HD and a Hero 3 Black controllable with a remote or a phone app (very useful as you can actually see what you are about to film!)
And yes, we were far from the quickest on the Ring. We rented track prepped Sciroccos. Quite capable, unlike their nervous drivers... :-) |
I am having a hard time enjoying at work without sound...... will play it later! Is the horizontally stretched perspective my system or are others seeing it that way?
|
Stretched when I watched.
|
Youtube makes the original widescreen video even more widescreen. I have added tags to eliminate this, but I think that only works on pc browsers? It's still sqwished on my tablet... :-(

get a haircut
|
I do. About twice a week!
|
Well done!

Nice start. Your film could benefit from a cohesive soundtrack to help tell the story, For me it's too disjointed and doesn't inform me as to how I should be feeling as I watch the video. You have lots of cool footage to work with but some of your transitions just seem like "hack+blast".
Be don't be offended. Just a subjective opinion. I could be wrong. Like I said, great start! -e. |
Not offended at all. I see your point. Appreciate some constructive criticism. :-)
|
Nice! Well done. We all know that feeling... Getting in the car... Settling back... Remembering you're in a Porsche. You captured that with your smile.
Very cool video. |
