Why not wait until the 1958 model comes out? They say there's gonna be a 348 in that model.
Because I was born in 57......wankers were born in 58.....
BTW, it's located in PDX. |
If it's up here, rust will be a concern. Would you like me to go check it out? PM me with your contact info..
Oh yeah, here you go. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1379463444.jpg |

I'll keep you in mind cheese. The owner states it's a newly finished build. Zero miles.
Been asking for his contact information. I'll PM you the number if you are bored and wanna take a look. |

Cool wagon, lame wheels. Throw some Torque Thrusts on it...
I think $18K is a good price for that .
The guy is now getting squirrely.....car is in a garage 2 hours away.....no pics of the engine or under carriage.
That doesn't look "new build" to me. The interior looks like it has some wear and ragged edges, the paint on the drivers door looks off, the wheels and tape deck are straight out of 1985. Is $18k a good price for a Nomad?
Shows what I know. So is that a good price? I'm all for hot rods, but I can find much cooler stuff on Ebay for the same or less money. Maybe it if were better presented with details, more photos, etc.

Have any interest in a 58 or 59 (can't remember which year) Ranchero? 429 in it. Owner died, wife never liked the car so she is selling $10K Show car. |
Retro Rod
$18k for a 2 dr. 57 Chevy wagon sounds like a deal to me! I would raise the front end a bit, but that's just me. I assume that is a 150 model, the base Chevy for that year. That's a model that is seldom seen these days! Nice find.

That thing is cooler than a penguins nuts. Wicked!
