I assume you will be going 95 or 81 through Va but if you happen to take 29 for some stupid reason let em know, I'll buy ya a cup of coffee

Hope you don't need to do a panic stop.

Shaun,

PLEASE tie those things down especially the transaxle...

I had a friend die when his car was struck by another car and a cylinder head sitting in the back seat flew up and hit his head. To this day I cannot believe the family held an open casket funeral. :(

We only have one Shaun, take care of yourself!

When do you breeze by DC?

jyl 09-20-2013 05:33 AM

Have fun! Pull over if you get sleepy . . .

Tobra 09-20-2013 06:14 AM

Yeah, what Angela said, secure your load. You already used up your "I almost died in a car wreck" allotment.

Shaun @ Tru6 09-20-2013 07:22 AM

Quick note, stopped in Jersey to see the Celette. It's huge and must be over 1K lbs

Rick, got your PM, thanks, really appreciate it. Rick and Jim, driving straight through today, have some serious dtw brisket to get to and rest up for FL drive tomorrow, but I'll be coming through on Sunday and again next weekend so can plan something . Thanks Angela, I'll get it better bundled up and in footwells. Tires are a great buffer too, so far so good

Waze saved my butt 4 times so far. CT needs to raise some $ I guess.

More to come

Jim Richards 09-20-2013 07:34 AM

Sounds good, Shaun. Have a safe and fun trip. SmileWavy

I tossed 4 rubbers and the tranny in the car and hit the road

Tobra 09-20-2013 10:56 AM

Jeremy, that sounds like the start of a story I would definitely not want to read.

I must have cursed you - that looks like me yesterday, except I was on the other side of the road with a lot less runnoff room :)

jyl 09-20-2013 04:29 PM

Looks like your rubber leaked.
