Just a guess, but they look like shoeing tools, as in horse shoes.

OR...

Watch repair tools?

I believe the hatchet tool is called a crate hatchet and used for opening crates.

The pliers, don't know. Think they could be used for pulling nails out of crates though.

I have that exact hatchet , I found it in the basement of one of the rentals, and stuck it in my box for whatever reason. I'll see if I can find a pic.

The pliers are a cobbler's tool. The wide jaw of the plier allows you to grip the leather and stretch it a bit, then you have the hammer face to drive the tack.

The other is a shingler's tool for working with wooden shingles. With the one tool you can remove old nails, split shakes to width and nail the new shingle.

The tool on the right is still sold. Les may be right, but they are now sold for opening crates.

They're made in China and are dirt cheap. Under $10.

The best answer IMO.

I had that exact hatchet tool around the house when I was a kid. Used it for all sorts of mayhem.

I do believe Mr. oldE is dead-on accurate!!! I should think the tools are worth more than the new ones as these are older as it appears to my untrained eye.
