College football...national championship
 

I'm posting on here while watching college football. It's been a fantastic season imo, and if Auburn (from by far the TOUGHEST conference imo) isn't playing for the national championship, then it's gonna be a shame. No disrespect to FSU and OSU, but neither one of those teams (despite no losses) are any better. It sucks that the 4 team playoff isn't happening this year... :rolleyes:

Yep, the thought of FSU vs OSU (with no SEC team involved) for the National Championship was making me sick....I'm starting to feel a WHOLE lot better now :D

Ohio State is having a lousy first half. I'm an OSU fan, but Auburn ought to be in the championship.

Doesn't matter to me as I just want to see a great game, and I do believe the "two best" will be playing....either one would've whupped OSU (of that I'm pretty sure). I'd have to give the edge to Auburn....you don't emerge as SEC season champs without winning the tough/close ones, and FSU (although a great team) just hasn't been battle tested like that. Should be good a good one though, and that's why they play the game ;)

FSU on paper is the better team.

Great game by MSU. I think Auburn and FSU will be a good game. If FSU's QB doesn't suffer from the Heisman Jinx then I think they'll be tough to beat. I'm so happy Ohio State was exposed!

Exactly what is this secret lie that OSU has been living ?

I've watched most of those 24 games won in a row, and can confirm that they had more points at the end of the game than the other respective teams they played, which helped put them in a top 5 position. It sounds to me like they earned their spot amoung the elite !

I am thrilled I can finally watch FSU play a legit opponent.

Auburn's season shows what difference a good coach can make. Last season was miserable.

OSU, aka Oklahoma State University. He posted about the loss incurred to OSU via Oklahoma University. Just a Longhorn fan posting, still in misery about being whipped by a bunch of bible beaters.

Ohio State's record cannot be taken away from them. That said, I do not think any team will be able to beat FSU this year.

Sorry guys, just some friendly trash talking. Amongst my group of friends we have a wide variety of college teams we cheer for and we always pick on the lone guy who cheers for Ohio State. I really didn't mean any offense, just got caught up in the excitement of MSU winning and of course a couple beers had been had...
