Perhaps the best 24 minutes...I listen to this speech a few times a year when like many, start to lose focus on important things in life. It is extraordinary and really great to share.

David Foster Wallace was an exceptional writer and our generation's Hemingway...gone too soon.

My 17 y.o. son turned me on to this. I found it fascinating.

I read the poor soul committed suicide. Kinda changed my perspective on it a bit, but just because he succumbed to the negative voices in his head does not invalidate the message.

I can t speak for him why he did what he did. I met him a few times over the years, had drinks and dinner with him. He was a great insightful guy.
