This dude cleaned all his posts out in 2004 before hauling ass out of PP.

Ugly @$$ hats.

quicksix 02-27-2014 08:22 PM

meh ,it's ugly, I'd rather have a coboy hat.

HardDrive 02-27-2014 08:30 PM

Those hats don't look setup very well.

Yeah...that was super weird.

lendaddy 02-28-2014 04:02 AM

It's hard to believe it was that long ago.

GH85Carrera 02-28-2014 04:48 AM

This thread like the old joke about the prisoners that had told all the jokes they knew and to keep thinks short the joke teller would just say the joke number and everyone would laugh. The new guy comes into the jail and hears 84! and everyone laughs. 41! and everyone laughs. So the new guy say 69! and no one laughs. Some folks just can't tell a joke.

So what is the story of the hat seller? Is it a secret handshake members only thing? Who is he and why is that link post worthy?

Weird timing... I was deleting a for sale post off of another forum this morning and thought about this guy. I thought it odd that I even remembered his username. That was the strangest personal implosion ever. (This was pre-separated PARF days.)

Ugly hat.

Aragorn 02-28-2014 07:21 AM

How about some backstory for us relative newbies here?

Was this a Normy/Sniper type of implosion?

Kind of surprised that even Glen doesn't seem to know who this guy is.

Was that the "well set up 944" guy?

Jerome74911S 02-28-2014 08:16 AM

I sent in my money this morning. Was that a mistake?

While that honor is commonly bestowed to me... I'm not the one that first told Paul that. Look to one of the other 944 members...

GH85Carrera 02-28-2014 09:39 AM

OK, is that Paul that this thread is about? I knew he left but I did not know he deleted all of his posts. That must have taken a while.

porsche4life 02-28-2014 09:56 AM

No, this thread is some other dude that was long before our time. ;)

GH85Carrera 02-28-2014 11:10 AM

Ok, so it is still a inside joke that is a secret from 10 years ago. What a waste of a thread.

Snow tires!

oldE 02-28-2014 11:23 AM

Don't you fret none if you don't know the story.
Heck! I was here then and I can't remember!
