It's not what you think.

She stopped by as I requested she handle the sale side of our relocation to Atlanta. She lives down the street from us. She's become a personal friend. While happy to help us out, she's sad to see us go, hence the tears.

Great to hear. There's a lot of b!tching about about people in the industry... Much of it for good reason. Glad you found "a keeper".

So what you're really saying you made a friend cry, who happens to be a Realtor.

Well, I contacted her again this week for help finding a rental. She's very happy to have us back.

If I was losing 5-figure commission checks, I'd cry too
