Survey 'Gift"?
I always do surveys. Even those you get at stores. I will do them on-line from my phone the minute I get them and put in my receipt ID number and in a few minutes I could get anything from a free cup of coffee to a 'buy-one-get-one-free' sump'n. But that's not really why I do them - its about provide honest feedback that the company can use to make the product better.
To that point I did one for this site and I got to choose 1 of 3 'gifts'. Sorry Wayne, but I don't do weight loss pills, e-sigs or facial cream to do away with my wrinkles - my wrinkles are hard fought remnants of smiles, frowns and sun...but I get the idea of the gift and appreciate the fact that each gift has 'buy-again' potential. How about another wrench, light or T-shirt? http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1401805378.jpg |
Holy taskbars Batman....
Multitask much?:D Freebies though are a nice bonus to any site for just taking a simple survey. Never done one myself though. |
I HATE surveys. I never do them.
If the company does just what I paid them to do I am supposed to praise them as wonderful? If they screw it up will they make it up to me if I tell them how incompetent they are? And now another company has my email to sell to other companies. Nope, not gonna do it. Nothing really in it for me except more spam in my inbox. |
+1
I see no upside to them. Time suckers and personal information "phishing" conduits mostly. Maybe I'm losing out on some freebies here but I won't lose any sleep over it. |
That looks like a fake picture anyways...All three of those items scream "scam" to me plus why would they have a count down to get your free gift?!?

Seriously, it popped up the first thing as soon as I logged into PP...
