Cleveland...

...is very happy today.

As a Heat fan I'm not mad or disappointed in Lebron. He was paid to win games and he took us to the finals 4 years in a row and he was a pretty good role-model. I think of him as a paid Mercenary who did his job and is going home:) Money well spent!

Interesting, wasn't Cleveland wishing this guy a slow painful death four years ago? Suggesting he was the child of a female dog? Now you are all BFF?

With Miami out of the way, next years NBA champ will be San Antonio or Oklahoma City with Dallas as a longer shot..

Umm, Miami wasn't much in the way of San Antonio (a speed bump at best) this year.

Miami will be out of the championship picture for a while. They do have some $ in that town so who knows who they will get in the future. That being said, this season isn't going to be much fun.

True but Miami was the only team in the East which could even give any of the above a run for their money.. and it was definitely a short run this year :D

I have to say, as a Lebron hater I gained some respect for the man today. It's good to see a pro make a decision that's not 100% motivated by money.

Who cares, it's not like he's an NHL hockey player or something...

What does this have to do with the Stanley Cup anyway?

If I were a Cleveland fan, I do not think I would ever forgive Mr James.

Give that man a Labatt 50

I think the Cleveland fans will forgive him. I think his time in Miami taught him to be a better leader, and he also learned how to become a champion. He's facing some serious pressure to bring home a championship! I hope he wins them one!

Would have been true even WITH Lebron as DWade's age has caught up with him. I'm not a Lebron "hater".....actually do like the guy when he's interviewed, but DW "IS" the reason James has two rings imo. I'll wager Tim Duncan (a personal favorite) will win more rings going forward than James does...any takers :D?
