My Daughter Needs A Transplant
My daughter, ELISSA HASE, has been granted the opportunity for an Adult Stem Cell Transplant this September. She suffers from a chronic genetic disease Cystic Fibrosis since she was born. Unfortunately, this procedure is not covered under insurance and will cost $60K and is done out of country. Some of our friends and family have asked us how to help. We have set up a non profit charity that is 100% tax deductible. If you choose to contribute, our family would be greatly honored. We have never asked for your support before, but we request your generosity.

Btw- PayPal site was not too intuitive as to where to add ****ELISSA FUND**** note. I ended up putting it into "note to seller" if I recall the screen correctly.

Done. As gsxrken pointed out it wasn't clear where to mark the donation for Elissa so I did as he did and noted it in the "note to seller" section on paypal.

Hey I am the Mother of Elissa, Sharon.
I really appreciate your thoughts and prayers for Elissa. She is in the hospital now trying to get her strength up for the upcoming Adult Stem Cell Transplant on September 15. It means a lot to us seeing complete strangers wanting to help our daughter. Thank you to some of you who have already donated to ELISSA FUND.
