Monday, October 1 / 1984 was my first day! The hair style has definitely changed!:p

Ha! You're lucky you're in "private practice" in Canada. Soon, here in the U.S.A. there will be no private practice! Sell to the local hospital delivery system or ACO or be locked out for good!

Small world - I have that identical Gold chain...well, did have.
I gave it and a small 14K Gold tennis racquet (tournament prize) to my Endocrinologist - she plays and I no longer do.

Actually Don the chain is a pretty cheap silver one. I bought it in Mexico about 15 years ago for $5 BUT it's comfy. I feel naked without it now!
